Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Nedlands resolved on 28 November 2023 to make the following local law: this local law is cited as the City of Nedlands Parking Amendment Local Law 2023. This local law amends the City of Nedlands Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2013 as published in the Government Gazette on 23 October 2013.
