Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby close the waters to motorised vessels within the following area— location: Those waters of the Mandurah Estuary bounded by the shoreline and a line starting at the end of the concrete groyne at approximately 32° 31.953′S, 115° 43.099′E; thence to a point 2 metres from the arc on the estuary side of the swimming pontoon at approximately 32° 31.965′S, 115° 43.080′E (45 metres south-westerly); thence following a 2 metres offset around the estuary side of the swimming pontoon to the concrete groyne at approximately 32° 31.994′S, 115° 43.093′E (where the southern side of the swimming pontoon meets the shore). All coordinates based in GDA 94.
