Benjamin Sana Wyatt MLA, Minister for Lands, revokes the previous delegation instrument of 24 February 2015 and delegates powers under s11 of the War Service Land Settlement Scheme Act 1954 to specified positions within the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, Land Use Management Division, regarding Crown land leased under section 6 of the Act.
