In the estate of Noel Ambrose Meyerkort late of 266 Corfield Street, Gosnells in the State of Western Australia, Boiler Attendant, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 September 2022, are required by the executor, Glen Kenneth Townsing, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989, to send particulars of their claims to him at c/- HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
