Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 december 2019, are required by the executors, joanne francis and kylie davies care of [contact details redacted] their claims within one month of publication date to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
