Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 February 2019, are required by the Administrators, Australian Unity Trustees Ltd care of PO Box 1194, West Perth WA 6872, to send particulars of their claims within one month of the date of publication of this notice to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
