Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, Robert John Baxter who died on 18 february 2019, are required by the trustee, michael laurino of shaddicks lawyers, po box 515, busselton, wa, 6280, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 31st day of march 2021, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
