Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, marian kaniecki who died on 24 september 2019, are required by the trustee, ian ross gregory of shaddicks lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by the 31st day of march 2021, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
