Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, patrice dorothy wookey who died on 18 april 2020, are required by the trustee, michael laurino of shaddicks lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by the 31st day of march 2021, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
