Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 14 october 2018 at 13 second avenue, kensington aforesaid are required by the administrator and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to him by 13 july 2020 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
