Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on [contact details redacted] by the administrators and trustees of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, [contact details redacted] of their claims to them by 5 november 2020 after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
