Thelma jean dyer, late of unit 7, 4 memorial avenue, carlisle, western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 25 april 2020 at royal perth hospital, perth aforesaid are required by the executor and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 21 september 2020 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
