Proclamation made by the Governor in Executive Council under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9. This proclamation is the Marine and Harbours (Port of Balla Balla) Proclamation 2017. All the portion of sea bed described as the โBALLA BALLA PORT AREAโ in the Schedule to the proclamation referred to in clause 4 is withdrawn from The Minister for Transport and revested in the Crown.
