Proclamation made under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9 by the Governor in Executive Council regarding the Port of Yampi Sound. The seabed described under the heading “YAMPI SOUND PORT AREA” in the Schedule to the previous proclamation and vested in The Minister for Transport is withdrawn from The Minister for Transport and revested in the Crown.
