Port Authorities Amendment Regulations 2022 — Port of Cape Preston West

Places the Port of Balla Balla under the control and management of the Pilbara Ports Authority and amends vessel regulations.

Transfers port authority responsibilities for the Port of Varanus Island from the State to the Pilbara Ports Authority.

Appoints Stephen William Moir as Chair and Brooke Fowles, Lena Constantine, and Debra Zanella as members of the Western Australian State Training Board.

Cancels the incorporation of associations that failed to show cause or apply for a review.
