Port Authorities (Description of Port of Cape Preston West) Order 2022 made under the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 24(1) by the Governor in Executive Council. The Port of Cape Preston West consists of the area of land depicted as the Land Area shaded green and the area of seabed and water depicted as the Seabed and Water Area shaded blue on Deposited Plan 423505.
