The council of the Shire of Wyalkatchem resolved on 25 June 2024 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Wyalkatchem Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024 and applies throughout the district.
