It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of wyalkatchem local planning scheme amendment on 26 september 2023 for the purpose of— amending table 1—zoning table by changing the permissibility symbol for grouped dwelling in the rural zone from ‘x’ to ‘d’.
