The council of the Shire of Wyalkatchem resolved on 19 October 2023 to make the following local law: this local law is cited as the Shire of Wyalkatchem Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Wyalkatchem Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2023 published in the Government Gazette on 30 June 2023 is revoked.
