Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the western australian marine act 1982, i hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels eight (8) knots within the following area—west island—all those waters of the dredged approach channel at the west island rumah baru port facility as bounded by the locations of starboard markers 1 and 3 and port markers 2 and 4.
