The council of the City of Mandurah resolved on 28 August 2018 to make the following local law under the Cemeteries Act 1986 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Mandurah Cemeteries Amendment Local Law 2018 and comes into operation 14 days following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Mandurah Cemeteries Local Law 2010.
