It is hereby notified for public information that appointments as an “Authorised Officer” are made under the Criminal Procedure Act 2004, Part 2 effectively immediately for Glenn Sargeson, Principal Environmental Health Officer. Appointments as an “Approved Officer” are made under the Criminal Procedure Act 2004, Part 2 effectively immediately for Alan Sheridan, Chief Executive Officer and Bronwyn Southee, Executive Manager Development Services. Appointment as an “Authorised Officer” is made under the Health (Asbestos) Regulations 1992 (as amended) effective immediately for Glenn Sargeson. Appointments as a “Registration Officer” are made under the Cat Act 2011 effectively immediately for Annette Hudson, Hannah Lee, Kathryn Schofield. Appointments as a “Registration Officer” are made under the Dog Act 1976 effectively immediately for Annette Hudson, Hannah Lee, Kathryn Schofield. All previous authorisations for “Allan Ramsay” are hereby revoked effective immediately.
