Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close all of the following waters to swimming between the hours of 7:00pm and 8:00pm on Tuesday 11th April 2017, Monday 17th April 2017, Thursday 20th April 2017, Sunday 23rd April 2017 and Wednesday 26th April 2017— City of Subiaco. Area of closure: All the waters within a 250 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 31°58.842′S, 115°49.604′E just outside of the Royal Perth Yacht Club. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
