Hon Dave Kelly MLA, the Minister for Water, has granted an exemption from the application of section 5(1) of the Act to St Ives Gold Mining Company Pty Ltd for the provision of water services (non-potable water supply) to Salt Lake Mining Pty Ltd. The exempted water services involve the supply of non-potable water for non-domestic purposes. The exemption will come into effect on the day it is published in the Government Gazette and is valid for an indefinite period.
