Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found dead on 9 july 2024, are required by the applicant for grant of representation c/- cs legal of level [contact details redacted], 6000 to send particulars of their claims to cs legal within 31 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
