Under section 23(2b) of the Act and clause 5(1) of the Soil and Land Conservation (Carnarvon Land Conservation District) Order 1983, Ms Amber Balfour-Cunningham of Carnarvon is appointed to the land conservation district committee for the Carnarvon Land Conservation District as a person actively engaged in, or affected by or associated with, land use in the district. Members will hold office for a term expiring on 23 August 2020.
