Racing and Wagering Western Australia made a notice under section 61 of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003. This notice is the Racing and Wagering Western Australia (FOB Rules) Notice (No. 6) 2017. These rules came into operation on 12 June 2012. Further amendments to the Rules were adopted by resolution of the Board dated 28 August 2017 and are published in the Schedule to this notice for public information.
