These regulations amend the Rail Safety National Law (WA) Regulations 2015. Regulation 25 is amended by deleting a passage. Regulation 57 is amended regarding oral reports to the Regulator. Schedule 3 is amended by deleting and inserting a table with rates per kilometre.
