Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Peter Douglas Stevens late of Unit 9/5 Weatherley Place, Halls Head, who died on 2 September 2024 are required by the personal representative Andrew Morgan Stevens and Susanne Christina Sellers c/- Greenstone Legal, PO Box 744, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
