Under the powers conferred by the section 342 of the Heath Act 1911, subdivision 2 of Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Cunderdin resolved on 17 November 2016 to make the following local law. This local law comes into operation on the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.

Changes the number of councillor offices on the council of the Shire of Cunderdin to 7, effective from the next election day.
