The council of the Shire of Cunderdin resolved on 20 June 2019 to make the following local law: this local law is cited as the Shire of Cunderdin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation on the same day it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Cunderdin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2016 as published in the Government Gazette on 4 January 2017.
