These regulations are the human reproductive technology amendment regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the human reproductive technology regulations 1993. After regulation 4 insert: 4aa. Fee for information under s. 46 (1) the fee for a person to be furnished with information under section 46 of the act is $75. (2) the fee referred to in subregulation (1) is waived if the information is furnished under section 46(2) or (3)(a) of the act.
