Made by the minister under section 32 and 195 of the act. This order is the health services (health service providers) amendment order (no. 4) 2018. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 β on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order β on the day after that day. This order amends the health services (health service providers) order 2016. Delete clause 11(1) and (1a) and insert: (1) perth childrenβs hospital is declared to be a health service area. In clause 12(2) delete βprincess margaret hospital for children orβ.
