Amends the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Order 2016. Inserts clause 8A, declaring the public health service of managing and operating a statewide program that provides information and support to persons in relation to accessing voluntary assisted dying as a health service area (Western Australian Voluntary Assisted Dying Statewide Care Navigator Service).
