Made by the minister under sections 32 and 195 of the act. This order is the health services (health service providers) amendment order 2018. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. This order amends the health services (health service providers) order 2016. In clause 4 delete “schedule 1” and insert: schedule 1, other than a part of the state on which a public hospital or a public health service facility is located. Perth children’s hospital is declared to be a health service area. In clause 12(2) delete “children.” and insert: children or perth children’s hospital.
