Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Battle Hill Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Battle Hill. The boundary of the Battle Hill protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' and 'B' on Deposited Plan 426257. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
