Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Avon Downs. The boundary of the Avon Downs protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 426184. The Stone arrangement site in Darling Range Protected Area Order 1973 is revoked.
