I, Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extends the exemption originally declared on 13 September 2011 and published in the Government Gazette dated 16 September 2011 for that area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 12 September 2025.
