The Council of the City of South Perth resolved on 13 December 2016 to make the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This is the City of South Perth Dogs Local Law 2016, which comes into operation 14 days after publication. It repeals the City of South Perth Dogs Local Law 2011.
