Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Minister for Industrial Relations, being the Minister charged with administration of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020, acting in exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 274(1) of the said Act, do hereby— (i) revoke the approval of the Code of practice: Managing the risk of falls in housing construction [WHSC 2022—gazettal 15 July 2022] and; (ii) approve the Code of practice: Managing the risk of falls in housing construction [WHSC 2026]. This approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
