Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Minister for Industrial Relations, being the Minister charged with administration of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984, acting in exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 57(1) of the said Act, do hereby approve the Code of Practice: Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace, 2022. This approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
