Published under section 274(5) of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020. This notice may be cited as the Work Health and Safety (Code of Practice) Notice (No.3) 2023. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Minister for Industrial Relations approves the revocation of the following code of practice— (i) Code of Practice: Styrene. This approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
