Dr D. J. Russell-Weisz, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Health, appoints persons to be restricted investigators for the local government district in which the person is appointed, employed or engaged. The appointment is for the period commencing on 28 February 2019 and expiring on 27 February 2022, to exercise the functions of an investigator under the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 and the Tobacco Products Control Regulations 2006.
