It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Vincent Local Planning Scheme No. 2 on 26 August 2024 for the purpose of inserting new points into Part 2, Clause 14 (3) and Part 3, Clause 16, modifying Table 1, reclassifying Lot 9 and 100 (No. 15) Haynes Street, North Perth, amending clauses 26 (3) and 26 (4), deleting and replacing Schedule 1 Clause 61, removing words from Clause 67 (zc), inserting a provision under Schedule 1—Supplemental provisions, and deleting words from Schedule 1—Supplemental provisions.
