It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Vincent Local Planning Scheme amendment on 18 December 2018 for the purpose of— 1. Replace clause 26(6) of Local Planning Scheme No. 2 with— ‘within the areas coded R40 bounded by Vincent Street, Beaufort Street, Walcott Street and Fitzgerald Street, a maximum of two dwellings will be permitted per lot, with exception of lots with subdivision approval for more than two strata or survey-strata lots granted prior to gazettal of Local Planning Scheme No. 2’.
