The council of the City of Kalamunda resolved on 26 August 2025 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fires Act 1954. This local law may be cited as the City of Kalamunda Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2025 and applies throughout the district. It is made in accordance with Subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1995.
