This certifies the appointment of Stuart McLeod, Denham Heliams, Colin Williams, Karen Hudson, Bruce Gilbert, Rachel Dillon, Sean Watson, Darren Whitford, Glenn Bush, Michael Hall, and Michael McIntosh as Bush Fire Control Officers under section 38 of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Ronald Porter is appointed as Chief Bush Fire Control Officer, and Matthew Plowman is appointed as Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer. Certain appointees are excepted from section 39A of the Act. This appointment is effective from the date of signature and revokes all previous appointments.
