Declares Eclectus roratus (Muller, 1776) as a prohibited organism for the whole of the State under section 12(1) of the Act. Assigned to control Category 1 (C1)—Exclusion under regulation 8. Assigned to restricted keeping category. All previous declarations relating to the organism are revoked.
