The minister for agriculture and food declares certain organisms as prohibited organisms for the whole of the state under section 12(1) of the act. These organisms are assigned to control category 1 (c1)—exclusion under regulation 8 of the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations 2013. All previous declarations under the act relating to the organisms specified are revoked.
