Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Barlow Spring Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Barlow Spring. The boundary of the Barlow Spring protected area consists of the area labelled 'C' on Deposited Plan 425814.
